Every STORICA project begins with our questionnaire. Before we start, we need to know the address of the property and all available drawings and property information you already have available.

We will arrange for the site visit to measure the existing property to prepare existing As-Built drawings. At this time, we will go over the scope of work and discuss your renovation ideas.

We will conduct a detailed Ontario Building Code review and other jurisdiction requirements and complete schematic design drawings for your review & approval.

We will finalize the floor plans during this stage. We will coordinate the design with other consultants (if required). We will finish all required details and drawings for permit application.

Services during this period include coordination of the permit application, submittal of permit documents, and responding to any questions from the authorities until permit is received.
