Every STORICA project begins with our questionnaire. The more you can provide us in the form of inspiration photos, any plans, pictures - the more effectively we can determine the best approach for your project.

We will arrange for the site visit to measure the existing property to prepare existing As-Built drawings (if existing drawings are not available). At this time, we will go over the scope of work and discuss your renovation ideas.

We will complete schematic design drawings of the floor pland and furniture plans for your review & approval, determine the colour scheme and start preliminary selection of the matreials and finishes.

We will finalize the floor plans during this stage. We will continue working on lighting and electrical plans and complete materials and finishes selections.. We will coordinate the design with other consultants (if required). Any custom designed millwrok pieces will be done durng this stage.

This step is the most fun, we will begin selecting furniture pieces and lighting fixtures. At the end of the process you will receive concept boards and shopping list with links to purchase the items.
